Laboratory

Our laboratory is endowed with the most advanced technologies for the imitation of colours (to be reproduced in production) and for the research of new dyeing technologies (biological and natural).

The reading system of the sample-colours is based on a spectrophotometer which enables us to individuate the needed dyes and to evaluate the lab dips obtained, through specific software.

This software, entirely developed in labview environment, is organized in four different tasks that respectively go through the following functions:

calibration and handling of the measurements
filing of the lab dips
handling of movements
management of the communication with the spectrophotometer

The measurements made with spectrophotometer are repeatable and the operator is just a controller of the process, because almost all the steps are computerized. This is a very important aspect in the processes of a textile industry.

Qualified staffs are always ready to suggest and help the customer in solving each problem concerning the dyeing.
